Can I increase or reduce my monthly retainer?+
Absolutely. As your business evolves, your level of support can too. You're welcome to increase or reduce your monthly retainer to reflect your changing needs, subject to availability.
What's the difference between hourly support and a retainer?+
Hourly support is ideal for one-off tasks or occasional assistance, while a monthly retainer provides dedicated hours each month, priority scheduling and a more consistent working relationship.
What happens if I need additional hours?+
If you need extra support in a particular month, additional hours can be booked at my standard hourly rate of £35 per hour, subject to availability.
Can I start with hourly support and move to a retainer later?+
Absolutely. Many clients begin with hourly or project-based support before moving to a monthly retainer once we establish the best way of working together.
Do unused hours roll over?+
Retainer hours are intended to be used within the month they're allocated to ensure availability. If you think you may not use all of your hours, just let me know and we'll discuss the best approach.
